Class Time: Normally, Fridays, 7-10:30 pm, Saturday and Sunday, 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. On Friday, please arrive no later than 6:30 pm to allow adequate time to register, meet other participants and get seated. No one is allowed in after the seminar begins.

Location: East San Francisco Bay Area in California. Hotel accommodations will be recommended.

Food: Vegetarian snacks provided at the breaks; Saturday/Sunday group dining at local restaurant.

Clothing/Grooming: Wear loose, natural-fiber clothing; women should bring a shirt that opens in the back (or can be worn backwards) for the skeletal alignment portion of the seminar. Trim your nails. No jewelry, perfumes or aromatics, please.

Your Comfort: As much as possible, clear your personal life so you can be totally focused on the seminar. During practice sessions you may be lying on the table for up to one hour. If your toes tend to get cold, bring socks and a light blanket. Let us know of any special needs or concerns you may have regarding your participation.
